I’m writing this review on a positive note when regarding Eliana Rivera my property manager she is absolutely amazing when it comes to pleasing her tenets. When ever there is a problem i can always count on her answer my phone call and getting right to it. A few months back i had an issue with my upstairs neighbors and she was there to save the day. Another example we had a very bad leak in our bathroom coming from up stairs and the problem was handled the next morning despite the fact i called her 3:00 in the morning

I want to thank you for maintaining an unsurpassed level of excellence sine this health virus started. Your staff and your maintenance team are excellent. Therefore we the residents can carry on with our normal business without any concern. Thank You Kevin Weathers, resident

Been a resident here since 2017 . Just decided to renew my lease last min after carefully analyzing how convenient it is for my son to attend school so close to home. I love the fact it's easy parking , no noise and loitering, clean environment. I must say I feel very safe here. The staff is great, helpful and kind . Maintenance here is always prompt and easy . Location is amazing if you have children , they're alot of school options.

Your landscaping crew are excellent !!! We have an enormous amount of leaves all over the whole property from the parking lot to each individual property. Today 4 of them working together blew away all the leaves from the parking lot to the sidewalk and the sidewalk and outside each individual townhouse. WOW Looks Great! Today is another example of you excellent maintenance staff. I had a leak in refrigerator and I thought ice-maker needed to be replaced. However your staff found problem was clogged filter, cleaned it and now all is ok. Your staff in the office and both maintenance men are above all I can ask or even think. It is a pleasure to live here when all my needs are met quickly and efficiently!!!
